WHAT'S THE DURATION OF COVERAGE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?

Typically, weddings receive 'full day coverage', spanning from 12 to 14 hours. This usually commences midway through hair and makeup preparations and concludes approximately an hour after the start of the reception dancing.

WHAT DOES ADDITIONAL COVERAGE ENTAIL?

If you're organizing a pre-event like a rehearsal dinner, sangeet, an extra ceremony, or hosting a separate reception on another day, coverage will be charged per hour for those occasions. If you're uncertain about the required hours, fret not - I can offer a recommendation based on your specific requirements.

HOW MANY VIDEOGRAPHERS WILL BE PRESENT ON MY WEDDING DAY?

Typically, two videographers are present on wedding days. In certain cases, such as significant distances between venues, an additional videographer may be brought in. If you believe extra videographers are needed, please inform me.

DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL SERVICES?

I am available wherever there are accessible locations. For destination weddings outside Manitoba, Canada please specify your destination in your inquiry. For weddings within Manitoba, but over 75km/46 mi. outside Morden, a travel accommodation surcharge will be applied based on location variables.

 HOW DO I SECURE BOOKING? ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE? 

A 10% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date and the remaining 80% due 7 days after your wedding. Payment methods include Interac e-transfer (Canada only) If this payment structure is not suitable, alternative arrangements can be discussed.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY VIDEOS?

 While there's no fixed delivery date, I aim to provide your videos within 2 to 4 months. Quality is paramount, and rushing the process compromises the quality. However, you can expect a 30-second teaser video posted on social media approximately a week after your wedding, which you can share with friends and family.
